Well, it’s 2025, which means we’re at the quarter-century mark, so everyone is posting their lists of their favorite films from 2000-2024, so I’ve decided to jump on the bandwagon and add mine to the parade.
But, before I give you my list, I thought it would be fun if I reminded you of my past picks:

So, without further adieu, here is the list of my 25 favorite films that were released from 2000 through 2024 (with links to my original reviews, where available), in order of preference, but, really, I adore them all and can and have watched each one many, many times and will continue to until the day I die. I haven’t loved movies as much lately, but when I look at this list, I’m reminded of my true love and hope it gets rekindled in me soon, as the fact that these 25 masterpieces were made so recently brings me hope that I will soon love movies again.
