It’s not a stretch to say this show kept me sane during the pandemic lockdown. At the end of each day, I would watch a couple episodes before bed and it lowered my stress, calmed me down and put my soul into a happy place. Yes, it’s a baking competition show, but there is a Zen-like rhythm to it and a genial, positive and kind vibe that will soothe any troubled mind. And all that baking!! Do what I did, and go back and catch up on all the seasons Netflix has and you, too, will be freed from all your worries.
